Team Overview
Our Events team creates impactful experiences that bring ADF's mission to life. We design, plan, and execute high-quality events that foster connection, engagement, and growth. With a focus on attention to detail, collaboration, and excellence, we work together to deliver seamless events that inspire and support ADF's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Execution: Coordinate in-house events and assist with larger events at the Scottsdale office, order snacks/beverages and place catering orders for small events, assist other internal teams with their event preparations
Logistics and Planning: Support the Director of Events and other Event Team members with pre-event logistical and operational planning, client management, and clerical support, support the Technology team with Cvent registration sites builds and assist with applicable Event App needs
Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service and find solutions to any problems that arise concerning the services provided
Administrative Support: Research vendors at the request of the Director of Events and Event Managers, maintain and track event supplies, manage printing needs for multiple events at a time, handle data entry to track event attendees' attendance
Minimum Qualifications
Desire to learn and grow in event services
Ability to travel as needed (minimal)
Preferred Qualifications
Administrative assistant experience
Bachelor's degree
