Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Under general supervision, perform tasks of substantial variety or complexity that require a thorough knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment. You will work from engineering drawings, rough sketches, manuals, or verbal instructions.
Responsibilities
Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems.
Read and interpret engineering configuration and wiring drawings.
Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures.
Assign and check work of lower-level personnel.
Coordinate work with other groups to ensure meeting commitments.
Perform duties in a manner compliant with prevailing quality procedures and policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping tasks as required.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in Mechanicsville, VA. Work in a climate-controlled facility with a standard work schedule from 6 am to 2:30 pm. No travel required. The facility is equipped with modern tools and technologies to support your work. Dress code is appropriate for a factory setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
