Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts. This position is within a fast-paced environment where you will be tasked with a variety of administrative tasks. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your main role will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage multi-line phone systems, and carry out concierge services.
Responsibilities:
Accurately organize files and maintain up-to-date records
Efficiently process and manage customer enquiries
Provide high-quality concierge services to clients and visitors
Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed
Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate teams or individuals
Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for data entry and other tasks
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and team members
Ensure all customer service interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors Requirements - Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in answering and managing a Multi-Line Phone System
Prior experience in providing Concierge Services
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy
Ability to perform Data Entry tasks quickly and accurately
Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the capacity to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to draft and edit documents
Excellent organizational skills, particularly with respect to managing and Organizing Files TalentMatch®
