Description We are in the process of recruiting a Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Wakefield, Massachusetts. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be expected to manage a variety of administrative tasks to support our HR department, with a focus on maintaining employee records, managing leaves of absence, and handling sensitive employee information.
Responsibilities
Accurately process and maintain records related to employee leaves of absence.
Act as a point of contact for third-party insurance companies, gathering and supplying necessary information as required.
Provide support in managing and tracking tuition reimbursements.
Handle sensitive employee data with utmost confidentiality and diligence.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees.
Monitor the HR mailbox and respond promptly to employee inquiries.
Update various Excel sheets for record-keeping and tracking purposes.
Engage with third parties, clients, and employees, providing necessary HR support and information.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the HR department. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to Human Resources Administration.
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.
Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
Experience with Ceridian software is required.
Must be able to use Concur software effectively.
Knowledge of About Time software will be an added advantage.
Skill in auditing and conducting background checks is necessary.
Should have a good understanding of benefit functions.
Compliance knowledge related to HR practices is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Previous experience in providing administrative assistance is needed.
