Description We are in the Drink & Beverages industry, located in Newton, Massachusetts, and are in search of a detail-oriented individual for our Customer Operations role to join our team. This role will involve managing customer service operations, including order processing, logistics, and customer support. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve shipping or delivery issues effectively
Coordinate with the warehouse for successful order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Analyze data to improve customer service operations
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Process customer orders meticulously and promptly
Maintain a seamless communication channel with all impacted parties
Spearhead inventory coordination for optimal operations
Use your administrative skills to maintain accurate customer records. Requirements - Proven experience in the Drinks & Beverages industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in a call center customer service role
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service
Proficient in administrative assistance duties
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role
Willingness to learn about and stay updated on products in the Drinks & Beverages industry.
