Position Summary:
The Contract & Compliance Support (CCS) group is part of the Commercial organization. CCS is responsible for documenting Commercial commodity transactions, managing the related contract process and monitoring associated compliance matters.
This position requires a team player with excellent attention to detail and a self-starter mentality. The successful candidate will continually advance in their ability to generate comprehensive reports, collecting and organizing files for audit purposes and providing administrative assistance in support of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathers, reviews, and reconciles data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identifies and resolves discrepancies or errors in data sets and performs regular data audits.
Maintains comprehensive records of data reconciliation processes and transaction documentation.
Processes transactions and data inputs according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy.
Conducts calculations, verifications, and data entry tasks with precision for timely completion.
Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements.
Identifies relevant or missing data, suggesting solutions to improve accuracy and address gaps.
Interfaces with departmental personnel and external contacts to solve problems and coordinate information flow.
Generates regular and ad-hoc reports for management, compiling findings from data analysis and transaction history.
Provides additional administrative support as needed.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two (2) or more years of relevant support experience required.

It is not a single application or database, but rather a global view of all major systems and the knowledge of their key components.

Communication - The ability to speak and write effectively, demonstrates fundamental command of language, communicates well using all mediums.
Customer Service - A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers and clients, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.
Organizing - Ability to anticipate resource needs and then lay out, prioritize and shape activities to meet objectives. Aligns resources with work plans.
Problem Solving - Problem Solving is a step-by-step process of defining a problem, searching for information, and testing a series of solutions until the problem is solved. It involves critical thinking, analysis and persistence.
Teamwork - The ability of team members to work well together in every situation and empathize with each other. Teamwork skills consist of interrelated abilities that let you work effectively in an organized group.
Work Processes - The knowledge of and adherence to the work procedures and processes associated with a particular area of focus.
