Essential Responsibilities
Assist employees with drafting new documents.
Process document change requests and related activities.
Update and maintain the documents master library.
Documents training coordination and records maintenance.
Perform customer requirements data review and logging.
Drive ongoing documents training and closures on review of old documents.
Follow up on training completions for new or updated documents.
Perform periodic customer requirements gap analysis/ audits.
Support on ISO, internal and customer quality audits.
Support quality and reliability compliance testing.
Perform bond pull, die shear and AuSi and other tests as needed
Perform FAI (First Article Inspection)
Support customer source inspections, as needed
Support Quality Engineering and Process Engineering with testing for Failure Analysis
Drive special projects as assigned by the QA Manager.
Job Experience/Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years or more of manufacturing industry experience.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledge of some basic quality and reliability compliance testing is required
Familiarity with Bonding, Bond pull and Die Shear is a plus
Familiarity with ISO 9001 is required and familiarity with AS9100 is a plus
Computer savvy with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in English. Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Able to prioritize job flows, schedule and manage time efficiently
Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities required
Well organized and able to work independently
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constant change
Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate, talk, and listen. May be required to sit, stand, walk for period of time; bend, stoop, and twist; lift 25 to 50 pounds, and operate a computer and enter information using a keyboard, operate a telephone, and other office equipment for an extended period of time. As some visual inspection duties will also be required, specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. May be exposed to hot/cold conditions, high-volume noise, exposure to stored energy hazards (electricity, compressed gases, etc.), and/or hazardous materials such as chemicals (e.g. alcohol, acetone, acids, solvents and photo resist) or particulate matter.
May be requested to work overtime and weekends to suit operational needs.
