Adecco is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $44.00/hr. - $ 47.00/hr.
Duties:
· Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM
· Onsite: 100%
Qualifications
· Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a corporate administrative role supporting and/or reporting to executives.
· A good sense of humor and a positive, can-do attitude.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-moving environment.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow-through.
· High personal standards of excellence and sound judgment.
· Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact in a diverse and inclusive environment with all levels of internal and external contacts, with diplomacy and professionalism.
· High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Desire to build relationships with fellow team members, a strong willingness to help and support others and desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
· High proficiency and confidence in using Microsoft applications including TEAMS, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· PowerPoint and Excel skills very important, experience with co-pilot (and/or a willingness to learn), and a good eye for design.
· Curiosity and passion to learn, adopt, and push new productivity tools and office technologies.
