The
Lifecycle Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing targeted campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging (IAM), content cards, and SMS.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and analytics to drive engagement, conversions, and retention.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in marketing automation platforms, with a passion for customer journey optimization.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE
Campaign Development & Execution
- Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using Braze, ensuring seamless execution across email, SMS, push, IAM, and content cards.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging, templates, and dynamic content.
- Develop and implement automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices.
Segmentation & Data Management
- Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted, relevant messaging.
- Leverage first-party data to create dynamic and behavior-based customer segments.
- Maintain database hygiene, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective list management.
- Partner with data teams to enhance customer profiles and personalization capabilities.
Testing & Optimization
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and messaging strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategy.
- Implement iterative testing and continuous improvements to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure key performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor deliverability and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal inbox placement and engagement.
- Collaborate with data teams to develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, paid media, website, and guest services teams to align messaging across touchpoints.
- Partner with creative teams to develop assets that align with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Coordinate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM data and marketing automation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCSSSFUL
- 1-2 years hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging best practices.
- Experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and Figma for email formatting is a plus.
- Education: Minimum Bachelors degree
