Market analysis and due diligence at the national and international level to open franchise brands.
Work with the accounting team on analyzing bank reconciliations.
Setup and analyze gas and electric services for new and under development restaurants.
Budget for administrative and financial operations and projects.
Work together with the CDO (Chief Development Officer) for cannibalization analysis.
Work and communicate with vendors to identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to communicate findings, and insights to stakeholders regarding financial and operational activities.
Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Analyze business opportunities for expansion (merger and acquisition) and work along a team to carry over the due diligence for the most optimal decision.
Familiarize with each department (HR, energy, finance, legal, assistant, accounting, etc.) and track processes to come up with ways to make them more efficient.
Maintain and update internal databases for business activity analysis and tracking in departments such as utilities, licensing, leasing, finance, business and employee insurance, merger and acquisitions, etc.
Work alongside the CFO in the auditing process in the financial and insurance departments.
Collaborate with the different business departments to gain an in-depth understanding of processes, challenges and strategies to explain issues and recommend solutions.
