We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our Property's team. The ideal candidate will have experience in apartment maintenance, including but not limited to, HVAC, Sheetrock repair, electrical, and plumbing. Duties:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, Sheetrock repair, work orders, plumbing and electrical work.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
Oversee facilities maintenance including plumbing, lighting, HVAC and general repairs
Skills:
Proficient in electrical work including troubleshooting and repair
Experience in customer service when interacting with staff or external vendors
Knowledge of supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks effectively
Capable of maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance schedules
Leadership skills to guide a team in achieving maintenance goals
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 (any offer higher will be depending on the level of experience)
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday, on call weekends
