Job Title: Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our team. This is a day shift position with a rotating schedule: 6 am - 6 pm, working 4 days on then 3 days off, followed by 3 days on then 4 days off. You will be working every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, input materials, and monitor defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product and quality checks.
Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System).
Track all non-conformances and scraps.
Mixing: Wear a full mask respirator 2-3 times/day and dump powders into a bin to start the mixing process. Ensure proper use of PPE to avoid contact with slurry and chemicals.
Coding: Wear masks and handle occasional line breaks. Enter big oven rooms (330-350 degrees Fahrenheit) when necessary. Manage machinery lifting and guide the pulling/pushing of up to 75 pounds.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, machine operation, and general production.
Ability to follow strict safety and operational protocols.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Physical capability to handle machinery and materials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System) is a plus.
Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and adhere to cleanroom protocols.

The facility is enormous, requiring a lot of walking from building to building and within the plant. The department is a clean room environment, requiring garb and beard nets if applicable. It is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit. We emphasize the 5S3K methodology to maintain a high standard of safety and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
Offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. Company provides $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
