Our customer? Heads of Marketing at direct-to-consumer (DTC) health brands who are excited to leverage this new form of expert social proof on their website and marketing materials to boost confidence of increasingly wary shoppers.
We’re growing fast, having supported 200+ health brands in just the last 12 months, and we’re looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next wave of customer growth.
What you'll do:
As our first SDR, you’ll play a critical role in building FrontrowMD’s sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads across the growing health and wellness DTC market. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to experiment, test, and scale what works.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting health & wellness brands via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other outbound channels
- Crafting personalized, thoughtful outreach campaigns for decision-makers (Heads of Marketing, Ecommerce, and Growth)
- Collaborating with marketing to optimize outbound messaging and lead scoring
- Using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo to manage outreach and track performance
You might be a fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in a SDR role at a B2B SaaS company
- Are excited about health and wellness, ecommerce, or the future of healthcare
- Love experimenting and optimizing outreach (subject lines, CTAs, copy)
- Have experience using HubSpot and other sales-tech tools
- Are comfortable learning from rejection and iterating fast
- Communicate with clarity, personality, and empathy—especially over email and LinkedIn
Bonus points if you:
- Have sold into consumer health brands or DTC marketers
- Understand how marketers think about conversion rate optimization
- Have a network in the health and wellness space
