Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Boise, ID / Hybrid
Pay Rate: $35.66 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform a broad range of administrative and clerical duties including managing travel logistics (air, hotel, ground transport).
Verify and process expense reports while allocating funds to appropriate budget categories.
Provide executive and non-executive customer meeting support, including logistics such as catering, visitor system entry, and gift preparation.
Support departmental events and projects, including conference room bookings, supply ordering, and site space management.
Work independently with autonomy in your tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are met efficiently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
