Description
We are excited to bring on board an Administrative Assistant to our team in the non-profit sector, located in Greater Philadelphia Region. As an Administrative Assistant, this role will encompass a variety of tasks including administrative support, vendor coordination, and data management.

Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Provide top-notch administrative and customer service support.
Schedule and confirm appointments in an organized manner.
Coordinate effectively with multiple vendors.
Manage and order office supplies proactively.
Entry of data and maintain accurate records.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for email correspondence and other tasks.
Extract and collect data for further processing.
Requirements
Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:
Proficiency in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, send, and manage detail-oriented emails.
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting documents.
Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Understanding of the non-profit industry and commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
High degree of detail orientation and strong work ethic.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
