We are offering an engaging opportunity for a part-time Healthcare Administrative Assistant in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. The role involves a hybrid work environment, where you will be expected to work from the office on certain days, and from home on others. The job functions are primarily in the healthcare industry, where you will be in charge of various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and managing customer service inquiries
Keeping accurate client records by carrying out efficient data entry tasks
Handling email correspondence with clients and other stakeholders
Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure smooth communication
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for various data management tasks
Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication purposes
Crafting presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
Drafting and editing documents with Microsoft Word
Scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
Sending out invoices to clients and ensuring timely payments.
Requirements - The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative setting.
Proficiency in answering inbound calls effectively and professionally.
Strong customer service skills are essential.
Must demonstrate high efficiency in data entry tasks.
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.
Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
Must be adept at using Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.
Proficiency in creating and editing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
Must have excellent skills in drafting and editing documents in Microsoft Word.
