Every day, Cambia\'s dedicated Executive Assistant II\'s are living our

Market Growth team, our Executive Assistant II provides high-level
administrative support to senior leadership, managing confidential
tasks, correspondence, and meetings including Board minutes. Coordinates
calendars, expenses, and budgets while independently managing special
projects and presentations. Collaborates with team members and provides
backup administrative support as needed - all in service of creating a
person-focused health care experience.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
The Executive Assistant II would have 7 plus years of increasingly
responsible administrative assistant/secretarial experience to
executive level management
Skills and Attributes:
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
Strong business writing and grammar skills
Basic mathematical and budgeting abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
Understanding of corporate hierarchy and business protocols

What You Will Do at Cambia:
Provides executive-level administrative support, managing complex
and confidential matters for senior leadership
Handles comprehensive office management including communications,
visitor screening, mail processing, filing systems, and supply
coordination
Manages all aspects of meeting administration, including Board
meetings, from scheduling to minute-taking and distribution
Oversees financial duties including expense tracking, report
compilation, and budget preparation
Coordinates executive calendars, travel arrangements, and scheduling
while managing all related logistics
Independently composes and manages correspondence, reports, and
presentations, including research and data compilation
Collaborates on special projects and provides administrative backup
support as needed
The expected hiring range for an Executive Assistant II is \$74,800 -
\$85,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training;
relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus
target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this
role is \$70,000 - \$115,000. #LI-hybrid
