We're looking for our next experienced
Account Manager to join our Revenue team. Reporting to the Manager, Account Management, you'll be supporting our continued rapid growth and customer acquisition by managing add-ons and upsells for a US-based territory.
A day in the life as an Account Manager:
- Manage designated territory for sales of existing MealSuite and Partner customers for add-on modules:
- Follow up on leads and prospect for opportunities
- Represent, promote, and demonstrate MS products and value proposition to prospective clients
- Generate quotations and price proposals
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships while achieving agreed upon targets and outcomes:
- Work closely with Customer Success Manager (CSM) team to identify upsell opportunities
- Assist in expediting the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply leadership with feedback on industry trends, needs, interests, competitive activity, and potential for new products and services
- Follow processes for data input in Salesforce
- Assist leadership with other sales-related duties, including but not limited to email campaigns, pre-conference outreach, and other targeted sales tactics
- Coordinate sales efforts with MealSuite channel partners per partner terms
- Assist with marketing efforts as requested
- Travel to include customer visits or attending conferences and tradeshows
If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:
- I have knowledge of account management or sales within a SaaS environment
- I gained my knowledge through 1-3 years of direct experience
- I ideally have experience in the healthcare foodservice, LTPAC and/or senior living industry
- I have experience with Salesforce
- I have strong written and verbal communication skills
- I'm willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
