Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with an active electrical license (preferably for the state of VA) to join our team. A Master's License is preferred, but we will consider candidates with a Journeyman (JM) license. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial settings, and be proficient in installing electrical systems, running wires, terminating, and reading blueprints.
Responsibilities
Install electrical systems, including running wires and terminating connections
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems
Handle conduit bending and wiring tasks
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards
Essential Skills
Active electrical license (Master's License preferred, JM license considered)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and electrical system troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience in pulling wire and electrical wiring repairs
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with PLC systems is a plus

Work Environment
The position involves working at a site off Dam Neck. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with day shifts. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and involves working with various electrical systems and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
