Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in San Jose, California. The role primarily involves administrative tasks in a bustling environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring efficient and smooth front desk operations
Managing multi-line phone systems and providing concierge services
Delivering excellent customer service to clients and guests
Conducting data entry tasks with precision
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) for various administrative tasks
Maintaining and organizing files systematically
Handling reporting tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Operating independently post initial training period
Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills in all interactions. Requirements - Must have at least one year of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator or a similar role.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks is a requirement.
Experience in answering multi-line phone systems is necessary.
Should have provided Concierge Services in previous roles.
Customer service skills are essential for this position.
Must be adept at data entry tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to interact with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Must be experienced in using Microsoft Outlook for email and schedule management.
Expertise in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing is necessary.
