Job Title: Interim Payroll SpecialistJob Description
We are seeking an Interim Payroll Specialist to join our team for an 18-month project involving the installation of conveyor systems in a warehouse. The role involves tracking milestone billing, preparing time and material for AR invoicing, and entering and adjusting daily union hours in the payroll system. This position requires a strong understanding of union payroll and rules.
Responsibilities
Track milestone billing for project managers
Prepare time and material for AR invoicing
Collect daily union hours and enter and adjust them in the payroll system
Assist with onboarding of new team members
Perform data entry tasks
Process payroll with a focus on union rules
Essential Skills
Experience with Vista ERP
Understanding of union payroll and rules
Proficiency in data entry
Union experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas (ability to manipulate data rather than create)
Strong attention to detail
Work Environment
The position is based in a trailer on a construction work site, working with a fun group of colleagues.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
