This job is a member of the Airport Hubs & Gateway Team within the Customer Experience Division
The Hub Distribution Representative will be focused on overseeing the distribution of equipment, technology items, and supplies to all employees
This role will also assist in the organization and management of inventory in the Distribution Warehouse
What you'll do
Distribute scanners, radios, headsets, etc. to Customer Operations employees and re-collect them at various times throughout the day
Distribute and re-collect tablets to Customer Care employees at various times throughout the day
Ensure all technology is operation-ready
Issue Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) (i.e. vests, knee pads, hearing protection) throughout day to front line employees
Issue office supplies to all groups
Sign-in and -out ramp equipment
Handle the distribution of name tags, business cards, parking cards, etc.
Meet and unload delivery vehicles
Maintain logs to ensure adequate inventory levels
Maintain organized workspace and distribution warehouse
Performs some administrative and clerical duties
Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure
Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs
