Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant with extensive experience using NetSuite to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing general ledger functions, and supporting key accounting processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to management on financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial reporting processes.
Maintain and optimize the NetSuite system for accounting and reporting functions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, with a strong proficiency in NetSuite.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Experience with month-end close, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
Manufacturing experience is a plus
