Job Description
Overview\
Join us! This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages
North America by providing payroll processing support to the South
Burlington, VT location.
Responsibilities\
Processing a weekly payroll for both hourly and base / commission
employees, which involves:\
Validating accurate employee set-up in payroll systems\
Collecting documentation to input data into a time keeping system
(Kronos)\
Auditing payroll information for accuracy\
Running, analyzing, and distributing reporting for approval\
Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal
and external customers in person and via email or telephone\
Accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries,
settlement, cash handling)\
Manage uniform inventory and ordering process for frontline employees\
Maintain confidentiality of confidential documents and information\
Comply with company document retention records policy as it relates to
payroll-related information\
Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:\
The expected compensation range for this position is between
\$38,700 - \$61,850\
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will
be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can

Qualifications\
Associate Degree preferred\
Kronos/WFM experience a plus\
3+ years of experience providing administrative support\
Accounting experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal
entries, settlement, cash handling)\
High level of computer proficiency and ability to become proficient in
multiple IT applications\
Must be a strong team player and assist others when necessary\
Excellent written and verbal communication skills\
Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense
of urgency\
Outstanding organization, time management, and follow-up skills\
Responsible and reliable\
Self-motivated and proactive\
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision set goals, create and
implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
