Description We are in the market for a Document Controller to provide administrative support within our credit union services organization, located in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role is critical in the real estate servicing department and offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
Validate identification of documents in high volume
Handle the movement of documents from received boxes from document custodians
Pack documents in boxes for shipment to vendors
Maintain detailed and organized records
Utilize Microsoft Excel for administrative tasks
Control and manage all aspects of document control within the department
Provide administrative assistance as necessary
Execute numeric filing and document scanning tasks efficiently. Requirements - Proficient in Document Control, with the ability to manage and organize all crucial company documents efficiently.
Demonstrated experience in Numeric Filing, ensuring accurate and easy retrieval of documents.
Skilled in Scanning Documents, converting paper files into digital formats.
Possess strong Administrative Assistance capabilities, providing support in various office tasks and facilitating smooth operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports effectively. TalentMatch®
