Job Purpose:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in qualifying and developing leads. You’ll be the first point of contact, reaching out to prospects, and setting up meetings for our Enterprise Sales Representatives. For smaller clients, you’ll even have the opportunity to manage the sales process directly. Your efforts will be instrumental in laying a strong foundation for our Enterprise Sales Representatives’ success and help us move the business forward.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and generate leads and prospects through various sources.
- Interact with prospects (via telephone and email) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities.
- Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronizing with the needs of the team.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
- Keep up to date with the ESET product set, effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience in technology, ideally cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to navigate objections and convert prospects through consultative questioning and solution-oriented discussions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
- Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive and goal-driven mindset, eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Performance: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using sales automation and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Prospecting & Relationship Building: Skilled in cold calling and establishing strong professional relationships.

This position offers a base salary of $60,000-$65,000 (DOE) plus a variable comp per year, based on experience, skills, and knowledge. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, and more.

ESET is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay starting for this position is $60,000-$65,000 including eligibility for variable compensation.
