Adecco is currently assisting a client in Grand Prairie sourcing for an Admin Assistant/ multi functioning role.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing several administrative tasks. Pay rate is $21 per hour .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather data for customer's reporting.
Manage Quality Management System (QMS)) documentation updates.
Assist with stockrooms tasks (receiving parts/pulling orders).
Support accounting as needed with invoice processing.
Provide general office support such as filing, office organization, and supplies.
Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
Highschool diploma or equivalent with 3 years' experience
Strong written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft office
SAP knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
