Description We are in search of a dedicated Property Administrator to become part of our team. This role is based in Fremont, California, United States and is within the industry. It offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Property Administrator, you will be tasked with the management of tenant leases, scheduling appointments, and handling inbound telephone calls. You will also use your skills in CRM, Administrative Assistance, and Yardi Property Management to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee tenant leases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Schedule appointments efficiently, maintaining an organized calendar.
Handle inbound telephone calls professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and enhance customer service.
Provide administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations within the office.
Utilize Yardi Property Management software to manage property-related tasks and responsibilities. Requirements - Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a property administration role
Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data
Demonstrated experience in providing administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Yardi Property Management software for managing real estate transactions
Experience in managing tenant leases, including drafting, renewing, and terminating leases
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing the calendars of multiple team members
Comfortable with handling inbound telephone calls, providing excellent customer service at all times TalentMatch®
