Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, you will support the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative and operational assistance. Your primary focus will be to streamline workflow, assist with the sales process, and oversee office and inventory operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Duties:
Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
Organize, file, and maintain office documents and records
Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed
Assist the Sales team with writing and flipping quotes and contracts
Oversee in and outbound operations traffic and processing all necessary data entry
Support bookkeeping tasks using ERP Software
Assist with overall office operations and contribute to efficiency improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or Operations Coordinator
Proficiency in office software and computerized systems for administrative and operational tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with Equipment Rentals operations is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
