Job Duties
Prep Production Work Orders/Binders for Jobs
Scan completed Production Work Orders
Keep up on shredding
Prep Invoices
Quickbooks, office 365, building spreadsheets, is a big of the job! Experience in these 3 things is a must.
Print Purchase Orders
Write needed parts on the white board
Create Job Instructions
Enter CDX Purchase Orders on Clipboards
Enter Cetac Purchase Orders on Clipboard
Help keep an eye on, and reprint forms as necessary (Purge/Bad Parts/QC tags/Start up/Shut down/Shift Change/Mold Install/Mold Removal/etc)
Help keep an eye on bathrooms supplies (soap/tp/towels) and refill as needed
Archive inventories once a month (inventory folder/cetac folder/maint./supplies folder)
Keep an eye on Steve's email for invoices
Enter incoming invoices in QB
Enter payments in QB
Pay certain bills via CC
File incoming invoices in the folders on Steve's computers
Go over & send timecards to Staffing Agencies
Update prints when new come in?
Print labels for materials coming in?
Prep UPS shipments
Order UPS supplies as needed (pouches)
Keep track of air compressor hours
Will be working side by side with the owner.
Background/Drug test required.
