Job Description
The Junior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative projects.
Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists and databases.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Good written and verbal communication skills. null
