We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Project Assistant with strong administrative and data management skills for a project-based assignment supporting Clinician Experience Operations (CXO) in Dallas, TX (hybrid). You'll manage diverse tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of workflow components. Must be proficient with basic data entry, problem-solving, and excel in a collaborative environment. $15/hour , onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with potential for increased remote flexibility.
Position Details:
Hourly Rate : $ 15.00/hour
Work hours: Onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). This is subject to change, but it is the current standard.
Type: Project-based assignment
Location: Dallas, TX (75244) with potential for remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Support a rotating set of tasks within the Clinician Experience Operations organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute workflow components.
Manage task completion within set timelines and provide status reports.
Utilize spreadsheets and tracking tools for data entry and progress monitoring.
Identify and communicate potential issues or roadblocks.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic data entry and spreadsheet management (Excel).
Ability to understand project directions and execute quality results.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
