Its flagship product, Wonderland Engine, is the only 3D engine optimized for the web. Its core is a rendering engine, written from scratch in C++ and compiled to WebAssembly. Wonderland Engine enables the creation of large-scale 3D web experiences that run smoothly on any browser-enabled device - PC, mobile, or VR.

About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth by identifying and qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to our success, learn about cutting-edge technologies, and potentially grow into a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Representative role.

Responsibilities:

Conduct manual outbound prospecting and lead generation through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Schedule sales meetings and ensure a seamless handoff to the Company’s CRO.
Meticulously document all prospect interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Work from company-provided lead lists or create self-generated lead lists based on target industries and customer profiles.

Target Industries:

XR Industry for gaming and enterprise use cases.
3D Web Development Industry (PC and mobile browser-based experiences).
Web Gaming Industry (game developers and companies focused on browser-based games).

Compensation & Commission:

This contractor role offers a combination of a monthly fee and a performance-based commission structure. The monthly fee is designed to recognize the initial learning curve, with a higher compensation at the start that gradually adjusts as you become more proficient and independent. In addition to the monthly fee, you'll be eligible for substantial commission earnings.

Commission Structure: Earn a generous 25% commission on the sale of eligible Enterprise licenses (Enterprise, Enterprise+, Custom Enterprise), providing significant earning potential directly tied to your sales success.
Renewal Commission: Continue earning with a 12.5% commission on eligible license renewals after 12 months.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the XR, 3D Web, or Web Gaming industries is a plus.

Contract Details:

Start Date: As soon as possible.
Initial Duration: 4-week trial period.
