Join a woman-owned boutique event company that's making waves in the industry! They're on the hunt for their next Creative Design Manager—a visionary event designer who can help shape the look, feel, and soul of every event they touch. This is a high-volume, high-creativity position!
In this role, you'll be the creative force behind event collateral and visual storytelling, working with internal teams and external partners to bring big ideas to life. From mood boards to final deliverables, you’ll ensure each project is executed with precision, creativity, and that signature client-first approach the company is known for.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to deliver event experiences that are not only cohesive and on-brand but truly memorable. Think bold visuals, seamless design integration, and next-level concepts!

Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Project Development
- Assist in creating visually compelling proposals, event concepts, and mood boards that align with client goals and expectations.
- Design and develop templates, area guides, and event collateral for new destinations that communicate the event vision effectively in each location.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to source materials, confirm pricing, and finalize creative details, ensuring alignment with event goals.
- Support the execution of design projects, ensuring creative consistency, attention to detail, and innovation in every element.
- Provide creative solutions to optimize event space layout, flow, and guest experience through thoughtful design and décor.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design ideas and concepts to enhance event outcomes.
- Maintain design integrity throughout the entire event process, from concept to
execution.
Account Management & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure creative projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet profitability targets.
- Assist with tracking project expenses, providing recommendations for improving design margins, and optimizing resources.
- Coordinate with the Leadership and Operations teams to ensure creative strategies align with broader business objectives.
- As needed, assist with on-site creative execution, ensuring the design vision is accurately translated and implemented during the event.
- Foster positive client relationships by proactively managing expectations and ensuring creative concepts exceed client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in corporate event design or DMC is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with client communication and sourcing event design elements.
- Familiarity with event planning tools such as Social Tables or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience with production and fabrication processes for live events.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formula usage.
