Job Description
The Machine Assembler will construct custom machines by interpreting assembly diagrams, positioning components, and ensuring proper functionality.
Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
Assemble, install, and align components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.
Fabricate parts using machine shop equipment such as mills, lathes, and saws.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, cranes, and specialized equipment to assemble machines.
Resolve assembly issues by consulting with engineering.
Essential Skills
Mechanical assembly
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Experience in electrical wiring and assembly
Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Expertise in machine building
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2-year technical degree (preferred)

Work Environment
We maintain a clean, well-lit, and organized facility with about 25 employees between the shop and office. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr.
