Antea Group is seeking a dynamic and creative entry-level Content Creator/Writer to join our growing marketing team. This individual will play a vital role in producing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, videos, and graphics. The Content Creator/Writer will be a key contributor to our overall content output, helping to accelerate content production and enhance our brand's presence. This role is ideal for a passionate storyteller with a strong understanding of digital content trends and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time role located in our St. Paul, MN office. Remote work arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. Essential Functions may include but are not limited to: Developing and writing engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and video scripts. Creating compelling short-form video content for social media platforms. Assisting in the development of visual content, including graphics and imagery. Adapting content to different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Creating and scheduling engaging social media content. Monitoring social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance. Engaging with online communities and responding to comments and messages. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and news related to environmental and sustainability consulting. Researching and identifying relevant topics for content creation. Incorporating industry insights into content to enhance its relevance and value. Assisting in editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Collaborating with team members to refine and finalize content. Ensuring content is published on time. Assisting in the production of short form video content. Assisting with video editing, and content creation for video platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Environmental Science or Environmental Policy or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency in creating engaging social media content. Experience with short-form video creation and editing (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels). Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva). Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems. Ability to research and synthesize information from various sources. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for environmental and sustainability issues (preferred). Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check. They must also have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant's job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
