Conduct diagnostics and repairs on starting & charging systems, cooling and recharge, electrical, and common fault codes. Inspect, analyze, and diagnose trucks/vehicles and related equipment for mechanical issues and faulty replacement parts. Perform leak detection and repairs, compressor replacements, soldering refrigerant lines, evaporator/condenser replacements, and front & rear main engine seal replacements in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Perform routine maintenance and Federal inspections on trailers, trucks/vehicles, and related equipment. Problem-solve, document an action plan for all repairs, and follow checklists and protocols while conducting repairs. Ensure a safe, organized, tidy workspace, regularly cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Follow all health and safety rules, guidelines, and common-sense safety practices. Ability to work independently, support coworkers, work as part of a team, and work well with coworkers. Perform other duties as assigned.
