Seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to troubleshoot, develop, test, and debug systems for released products for a major medical device company. Responsibilities: Analyze returns and complaints from the field to determine root cause and propose technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Document and communicate findings to customer service. Redesign and test devices in a global regulated environment including FDA requirements. Work cross-functionally on a team including electrical and mechanical engineering functions. Analyze, update, and maintain Neuromodulation systems and processes that meet the expectations and uses of the customer, regulatory agencies, and the business. Communication and document tradeoffs, rationale, and potential solutions to released product problems. Contribute and build domain knowledge around neuromodulation medical device systems, their clinical use and application via customer and field visits, literature searches and training. Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable. Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work. Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion with cross-functional team members. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advance degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
