Description
Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for drive inverters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues
Utilize electronic design software to simulate and troubleshoot inverter circuits
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers and Technicians
Prepare and present detailed reports on test findings and recommendations

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inverter design and testing
Strong knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor components, particularly MOSFETs and IGBTs
Proven experience in the design and testing of inverter circuits
Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, DMMs, hipot testers, and source meters
Familiarity with electronic design software such as Altium, LTspice, etc
Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry with electric drive systems
Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and standards

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
