Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00/HR *Depending on Experience
Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm -OR- 8:00am - 4:30pm

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
· Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
· Scheduling meetings, appointments, onsite vendors and travel arrangements.
· Managing calendars and updating event schedules.
· Drafting and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails.
· Handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
· Maintaining databases and filing systems.
· Organizing and storing information in both paper and digital formats.
· Preparing and organizing documents.
· Arranging staff meetings.
· Ordering office supplies.
· Greeting visitors.
· Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of related experience.
Hardware / Software Knowledge Needed: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams.
Experience requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail are important for tasks like editing documents and maintaining records.
Providing friendly and helpful service to visitors and staff is an important part of the role.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is crucial.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
