Job Title: Civil 3D Drafter
North San Diego based Civil Engineering firm founded on the concept of combining land planning techniques and civil engineering design is seeking a Civil Drafter to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Excellence: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop master plans and detailed designs, including layouts, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, roadways, and water resources.
Technical Precision: Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to create 3D surfaces and correct redlines on plans from commissions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards through meticulous plan checking and documentation review.
Support & Collaboration: Provide technical support to civil engineers and administrative assistance to ensure timely project completion.
Deadline Management: Juggle multiple tasks and manage project deadlines with ease.
Essential Skills:
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in Civil Drafting.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in AutoDesk Civil 3D (2018 or newer).
Team Player: Proven success in a collaborative team environment.
Multitasking: Ability to hit project deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
Land Development: Some experience in land development is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
