Key Responsibilities:
Apply and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies promptly to maintain clean ledgers.
Collaborate with the accounts receivable team and address client inquiries regarding payments and billing.
Reconcile daily cash reports and ensure data integrity for journal entries in the financial system.
Assist with month-end close and cash forecasting processes, contributing valuable insights to department leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable.
2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash application functions.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP; Excel expertise is critical.
Strong analytical skills with an ability to review large datasets and pinpoint anomalies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building client trust.
