We are moving our headquarters to Eagan in summer 2025! This role is based at our current HQ in Bloomington to start but will move to Eagan in summer 2025. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for supporting the warehouse operation in maintaining an orderly warehouse environment. - Load and unload trucks with materials to be shipped out or returning from jobsites. - Check in and clean tools. - Pick products off the shelves. - Scrap and waste material handling. - Pick up and drop off materials at job sites using a company vehicle. - Operate Forklift as needed. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - High School Diploma or equivalent - 1 year of warehouse experience preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. - Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. - Good communication skills, both written and oral. - Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading. - Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed. - Ability to successfully pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Report. - Knowledge of materials and tools used in the electrical industry preferred. - Forklift Operator certification preferred.
