Description
CeLeen, an operating group of Command Holdings, is seeking a Computer
System Administrator supporting the Global Air Transportation Execution
System (GATES) at Scott Air Force Base, IL.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to;
Monitor and respond to hardware and software issues; escalate to
vendor support when required.
Provide first-level support to clients by answering questions and
resolving technical issues in person, over the phone, or
electronically.
Document and update trouble tickets accurately in the ticketing
system.
Assist in developing solutions for application issues, system
administration tasks, and basic network concerns.
Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability
for all system users.
Assist in monitoring and testing website performance to ensure
proper functionality and minimize interruptions.
Coordinate and support software and hardware installations.
Expected salary range: \$70,000-\$80,000.
This position is contingent on vacancy.
Work Environment:
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and
printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of
time.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is
required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to
operate a computer.

Travel:
0-10% / Minimal travel expected.
