Cimarron is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to support the Orion
program in Highlands Ranch, CO. Join the team supporting NASA's Orion
spacecraft, a critical part of America's deep-space exploration efforts!
Orion is designed to carry astronauts farther than ever before, serving as
the backbone for missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. This role offers
the opportunity to work on cutting-edge electronic and electrical systems
while gaining hands-on experience in a highly technical environment. The
ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of electrical
components, circuits, and test equipment and be eager to develop their
skills in a collaborative, high-security setting.
Key Duties:
Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of electronic and electrical
systems.
Support circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical
designs.
Utilize electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and
power supplies.
Work collaboratively with engineers to develop, document, and implement
electrical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

Understanding of electronic and electrical components, circuits, and systems.
Familiarity with electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal
generators, and multimeters.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-based
environment.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or
a related field.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
Hands-on experience with circuit design and troubleshooting through coursework
or projects.
Knowledge of schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium,
Zuken, or similar).
Basic understanding of power distribution and control systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
