DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
What will you do?
Consults with managers and supervisors to assess training needs.
Proposes training and development programs and objectives.
Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Develops, implements and delivers training programs for varying levels of individuals within the plant.
Coordinates the development and maintains continual education support materials to be used for reference once training has been completed.
Continually evaluates training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update. curriculum as needed.
Coordinate quality assurance activities (fairs, calibration, scrap analysis) through the quality assurance lab.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
Applied knowledge in six sigma principles, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

Quailty Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related manufacturing experience.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of Engineer to Order manufacturing processes and systems preferred.
