Job Title: Construction Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site, supporting operations directly from the jobsite trailer. This role is essential for maintaining efficient project workflows and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
Organize and maintain project documentation, including blueprints, permits, and daily reports.
Coordinate schedules for meetings, inspections, and deliveries specific to the civil construction site.
Track project timelines, update progress logs, and assist in preparing status reports.
Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Assist with on-site procurement and inventory management of materials and supplies.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a tidy office environment in the trailer.
Act as a point of communication between field workers and project management.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced jobsite environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with site staff.
Familiarity with civil construction terminology, processes, and jobsite safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Work Environment
The role involves working in a job trailer on the jobsite. The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, with mandatory availability to be on-site every day if needed. Expect to work 10-12 hour days and a minimum 60-hour workweek.

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
