Handle the organization of loan files meticulously, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order
Input data into loan origination systems accurately, aiding in smooth application processing
Keep track of application processing deadlines, ensuring no delays occur
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently to perform various tasks
Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a positive client experience
Maintain operational efficiency by paying attention to detail in all tasks
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing timely and accurate information to callers
Carry out data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate customer records
Engage in email correspondence effectively, ensuring clear and prompt communication. Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service.
Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven experience in managing email correspondence effectively and in a detail-oriented manner.
Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails and scheduling appointments.
Skilled in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present detail-oriented presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
