The roleTo help design, build, program, support, install, document
and maintain present and future automated machinery and control systems.
How youll make an impact
Design, build, program, support, install, document, and maintain
automated machinery and control systems (e.g., PC, DCS, PLC, VFD, CNC,
relays, analog devices, etc.).
Stay knowledgeable in automated machine control and adapt to new
systems.
Train co-workers and work both independently and as a team.
Maintain production machinery (e.g., Board Machines, CNC Routers, Lam
Press, etc.) in good working condition.
Perform process calibrations in compliance with quality standards.
Respond to off-hours call-ins and be willing to work flexible hours.
Ensure safe entry into confined spaces (training required).
Address issues related to products, procedures, or materials and
initiate corrections.
Support improvement projects, preventive actions, and corrective
measures.
Design and maintain processes, production equipment, and tooling for
business needs.
Develop cost estimates for quotations and support analytical studies.
Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and business
requirements.
Participate in continual improvement, corrective actions, and business
process adherence.
Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required.
What do you bring
Journeyman Electrical License (Master preferred) or Associates of
Applied Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering (Engineering
Technology preferred).
Strong knowledge of PLC control systems (e.g., GE-90 Series, Siemens,
Allen Bradley, Wonderware).
Expertise in machine control for automated machinery.
Experience with programming languages like Basic or C.
General knowledge of basic electronics and mechanical systems.
Experience troubleshooting machines with pneumatic and hydraulic
systems.
Working knowledge of industrial electricity and relay control systems.
Ability to document systems using electrical drawings.
Perform duties of an \"A\" Electrician.
Must meet all physical requirements per the Essential Function Job
Analysis.
