Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Resource to join the team of a large midstream oil & gas company headquartered in Tulsa, OK. This position will support Project Managers and provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Track project progress and update project management tools.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Support the preparation of presentations and project proposals.
Compensation:
$42/hr to $45/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
2 years experience in Project Management/Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience generating reports
Project management software experience (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Network & Cyber Security experience
